Objectives of the project :

The "Land and sea directorate of the Pyrénées Atlantique" needed to update the logistics strategy to set-up relevant infrastructures for the development of efficient regional logistics services. The main stakes for freight transport was the modal link between Port of Bayonne and the industrial area of Lacq.

Activities performed by CTS :

CTS assisted the "Land and sea directorate of the Pyrénées Atlantique" to improve the logistics and transport master plan of 4 industrial platforms in Lacq - Bayonne. The directorate wished to have at its disposal a strategic plan for the next 10 to 15 years
