Objectives of the project :

Port of Le Havre (North France) wished to improve the shipping passing all along the transport supply chain on the container segment

Activities performed by CTS :

CTS assited the port of Le Havre in understanding and mapping the global container supply chain. Moreover, a benchmarking of best practices in the north range supported the analysis. We concluded the mission with propositions for supply chain optimization and a related action plan
